  129.      register in a single order, up to fifty percent (50%).  The
  130.      discount applies to all copies purchased in that order.  The

  152. into our account with Deutsche Bank.   Once the money is deposited you
  153. may either fax a confirmation to us with proof of deposit or wait until
  154. Deutsche Bank notifies us of the transaction (usually 10-18 business days).

  169. It is very important that you send us a completed order form by
  170. either email or fax if you deposit money into this account for a
  171. registration.  Fill the order form out as usual except in the credit
  172. card number field put "DEUTSCHE BANK".   We will file the order and
  173. use it to match against the deposit information we receive from the
  174. bank.

  178. When you email us your order form, we will reply with an
  179. acknowledgement.   If you do not get an acknowledgement within 24 hours
  180. please send your order again in case it was lost.  This extra bit of
  181. caution can save a lot of confusion.
